As I examined many "copyright free image sites, I found these ones to be most helpful for student projects. Encourage them to click on "non commercial use" and give attribution for the source. As I was "Google" searching for Critical Reading & Google Docs connections, I found some very helpful templates by Melanie Mason. She graciously gave me permissions to access these items. After a brief email exchange, Melanie also mentioned she created a Padlet with these and other useful instructional tools. Take a look at the Critical Reading Strategies Padlet to expand your educational toolkit. How to read a book image may also be a useful starting point.
